Fingers in the wound
Knuckle deep in bloodshed
Searching for my lucky pearl in a half dug grave of flesh
My digits digging
One drop of luck in this sea of crimson
Dives deep within me
I long to find that sinking slug
But my hands are twitching
And that makes it hard to dig this grave
So I’m bound to death

But I don’t want to die just yet
So ill tear this noose from around my neck
Ill tie it off around my leg
And continue digging through

Fingers in the wound
The only love is in the flesh
That little lucky pearl
Tearing at the tissue and wading through the blood
The desire for love is the cause of all this pain
My fingers digging deeper in the only chance I got
And to give up now would be my life
I feel that shining pearl with my fingers end
And fish it from beneath my skin
I draw a smile on my sorrowful mug
My bloodshed blues
I pick up my pistol
Pour some powder and shot
And roll in my little pearl of luck

I turn on my belly
And take aim at my hunters head
